WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Products purchased directly from the AQUA AF website are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial order. To be approved for a refund, the item must be unused and come with the original packaging.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Orders placed in the united states can expect their package to arrive within 5-7 business days. Due to Covid-19 and shipping delays please expect these estimates to vary.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, The Aqua Project will not ship internationally at this time.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
AQUA AF is happy to announce that we offer a limited lifetime warranty that will cover all manufacturing defects. To get started on a warranty please email INFO@THEAQUAPROJECT.ORG.
